Breakfast lunch and Dinner. Our staff does all the shopping using the finest purveyors in Costa Rica and proudly serves memorable meals. Beverages, fine wines, and the freshest local produce and fruits are all available in abundance……
MANOR DINING
There are many dining areas to enjoy your service at the Castle. Our formal dining room can serve up to twenty guests at our large table, or smaller seating arrangements.
RANCHO DINING
Many guests elect to have breakfast and dinner on the main level veranda. Framed by stunning surrounding views over looking the pool, golf greens, and the mountains and Gulf of Nicoya beyond. It is an exquisite location in the morning, and perfect for evening dining with beautiful views, cool breezes and overhead fans.
TERRACE DINING
With a relaxing day at the pool, a golf tournament, or tennis match, lunch at the pool house (Rancho Dining) is cool and relaxing. The pool house provides seating for up to thirty guests (or more) and is also a perfect location for a special evening barbecue or dinner.
