A large private estate, “The Castle” is located on five walled acres on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast with water and mountain views. Designed with high ceilings throughout, the Castle was built with Costa Rican hardwoods and fine stone. Just an hour from the San Jose’s modern international airport, the Castle features acres of trees, red stalk palm trees and colorful flowers, creating a tranquil, private, comfortable setting for all special events.

The Castle is your own private resort. Acres of lush foliage, a large free form sparkling pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by a large deck with both shaded and sunning areas, two large golf greens with a variety of practice Tees with shots from twenty to fifty yards, Costa Rica’s longest water slide, a regulation hard court tennis facility.

The Castle features two large multi room suites in the Manor House and eight additional bedrooms all with en-suite baths in the Manor House and two guest houses. There are also several additional sleeping areas in the Manor house and the guest houses for very large groups. All accommodations are air conditioned.

As your exclusive private resort, the Castle offers a wide array of activities and services. You will have a full staff of eleven led by General Manager Anabelle Cordero to serve your family and friends. The Castle has a full-time chef and sous chef that will consult with you to provision and plan meals for your entire stay. Ana, our concierge, will help you plan country excursions and adventures. Our staff will help arrange entertainment right at the Castle, including live Contemporary bands for dancing and listening, local duos and mariachi bands, Costa Rican Carnival night all performed right on the property. Have your own private professional fireworks display comfortably viewed from both the large verandas.

The verandas overlook the Gulf of Nicoya the mountains and the ocean with spectacular sunsets beyond. The verandas are perfect for breakfast, lunch, cocktails and outdoor dinner dining, as evenings are generally cooler and comfortable.
